This is our first LCD HDTV. We have Verizon FiOS cable and the pictures are great! The sound is wonderful too. We were very happy with the delivery by Amazon and the gentleman who delivered it. Dave Gregory.

Samsung... The ln32a650 is a fantastic TV. Nice sharp Picture, Good sound. easy to setup and use. Amazon... The customer service is very poor. Did not want to honor price guarantee. CEVA... (shipping, Amazons choice) Terrible! TV sat on dock in Reno for 4 days, LAX for 6 days, CEVA promised arrival on 05/09/08 shipment arrived 05/14/08. I suggest you not do business with Amazon until thsy address some of these issues.
